LoadRunner from Mercury Interactive (http://www.mercuryinteractive.com) and
SilkPerformer from Segue (http://www.segue.com) are tools that the pros use.
Both are rather pricey (~$50000), although I think both sell cheaper, lesser
packages that only cost a few grands.

I've used Dieseltest in the past. It is rather old, but works alright
for me: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dieseltest/

Those don't work even with an FTP prefix, Mike.
It gives 404 and 530 errors, respectively.
