IIS extension_dir not on drive C

Hi,

I used Apache and Omnihttpd web servers with php for a long time on my test
server without any problem. Recently I installed IIS for W2K workstation.
All three servers share the same doc root and php 4.3.2 installation. The
problem I have with IIS is that php complain about not finding extensions
modules in d:\httpd\php\extensions directory. I have not this problem with
other servers. After some searches, I discovered that the only way to load
extensions with IIS was to put them on drive C.

Is this a known issue ?

I found the problem, without understanding why. In fact PHP with IIS loads
all extensions in my d:\httpd\php\extensions directory correctly, except
php_iconv.dll. Although iconv.dll is in my system path (d:\httpd\php\dlls),
I have to copy this file in \%winnt\system32 if I want php to load
php_iconv.dll. With other servers, iconv.dll can be in d:\httpd\php\dlls and
it works fine.
