Setting up web site to test in the Internet

I am currently running my web site on localhost. I would like to know
how I can test the web site over the Internet. I am using PHP, MySQL
and Apache on Win98. I do not have domain name but I thought I could
be able to use my IP address. I changed the server name in Apache's
httpd.conf file to indicate my IP address. But I could not be able to
run the site from a different computer.

Thank you
John
