stupid question - where's PEAR::SOAP?

P: n/a
Just heading down the php/webservices learning curve. Found a nice article
at http://www.onlamp.com/pub/a/php/2003...azon_soap.html that
talks about installing PEAR::SOAP - only problem, it doens't seem to be
around anymore. I saw an XML_RPC package - did it get changed to that?

Thanks,
