business plan or simulated enterprise

[HI-Lab * the Social Technology]

I'm searching for a script or an application (if possible free) to create:

- a business plan on-line
or
- a simulated enterprise

for educational purposes.

I found on Sourceforge "Simuland" (
http://sourceforge.net/projects/simuland/ ) but the project appears
stopped ad I did not found any documentation.
