IMAP-Funktion imap_fetchstructure() - wie lese ich denn die Angaben aus?

Hallo,

ich verstehe das mit der imap_fetchstructure() nicht...

wie lese ich denn da zum Beispiel den Dateinamen einer angehängten
datei aus?

Ich bin in Sache Objekte noch nicht so der Held... also bitte
möglichst verständlich antworten :)
