PHP interface (frontend) for Sendmail accounts

Hello,

We would like to start hosting a few of our client's email systems, but I
am wondering if there is an application out there that will allow them to
do basic maintenance of their accounts, such as setting up new accounts,
doing autoresponders, and the like?

I'd be willing to pay for such a system, as long as the code was
available to alter and give it our "look and feel".

I realize that some of the functions are going to have to have
"administrator" like levels of security, so something robust would be
most desireable.

Is there another newsgroup that deals with PHP applications and their
support? My ISP seems not to carry a lot of PHP groups, as a search
showed only this one ... ?????
Thanks in advance,
