user hierarchy

Hi All,
I need some help in developing a user hierarchy for a script that
i'm developing. I'm developing an eTimeCard where i only want the
ground user to make edit's to his/her card. Therefore i just need an
idea of how to implement that superior user idea.

That is not enough information for anyone to really start to help you.
Pretty much are you looking for a database model, a class hierarchy...
It can be interpreted many different ways.

Basically with php4 you could use a bunch of extending classes...
Class Group {
....
}
Class User extends Group {
....
}
Class Person extends User {
....
}

Also there are interfaces, abstracts etc... It is hard to know what you
are completely looking for without explaining it in more detail. Not
really what you are trying to accomplish with the application itself but
more so what you are trying to accomplish with a hierachy of objects.
