Pause() function

Is there a function that will allow my web page to pause() waiting for
a keypress and then continue rendering the page? I have a web page in
PHP that displays some data that I need to see before it calls another
..php web page.

Thanks...

Using what you want on the server-side is a sure way to create a nasty
DoS-attack (since that particual part of the server is effectively
hung while it sleeps()).

I would suggest that you use a meta-refresh/javascript thing in the
html, so the browser is that one that is sleeping, not the server.
