PHP IDE recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a free PHP IDE for Windows 2000? There seem to be a number
of them.

I use PHP Studio by Maguma. The free version is fine for just about
anything. It has a few annoyances but the plusses far outweigh them, plus
it's of European origin, which means that it is of smart design with a focus
on quality.
