ZenCart Customer Requirements

JPK
Hello Group,

I am wondering if there is anyone on this list that has a sample
ZenCart customer requirements document, or checklist of some sort that
can facilitate us asking the right questions of our client, the first
time.

My developers have a lot of experience with ZenCart itself, but not a
heck of a lot of experience dealing with our clients effectively.
Precise documentation is key (or at least one key), I believe, and was
hoping somebody on this forum might be able to help.

Best Regards,
James
