PHP chat script without MySQL

Is there PHP chat script *without* MySQL?

Demands: absolutely FREE (no adware, shareware etc.), No MySQL needed,
one permanent public chat, can make your own channels (public/private)
like IRC, several admins (one superadmin, me ;-D ), bad word filter,
user nick ban/ip ban/kick (temporary/permanent), small file sharing and
@time script ( http://www.swatch.com/internettime/home.php ) to upper
right corner. Environment: Windows 2000 Pro FIN + SP2 (finnish
versions), PHP 4.2.2 and Apache 2.0.46.

I have tried to search that kind of script from google found nothing.

That's a fairly extensive list of demands, I doubt you're going to
find anything that really does what you want.

Why not find something that does a lot of what you want, then modify
it to do the rest? Rip out the MySQL guts and put in flatfile
support, etc - whatever you need to do.

For a while I contributed a lot of code to the Perl version of DCForum
for these very reasons - I wanted something and it was the closest
match. So I started from there and wrote mods and add-ons to bring it
more in line with what I wanted. And I gave the code back to the
creator, so a lot of it ended up in the next release. So everyone
benefitted.

Make you changes as a clean add-on/mod, and redistribute them - that's
how software gains useful features.
