Forum Hosting

I was wondering if there exists a php app which will allow people to
register, and gives them their own phpBB forum. I don't know if
something like this exists.

I am using CPanel and I ahve unlimited subdomains and everything else
unlimited aswell (mySQL databases etc) with lots of space.

So, if something like this exists, please reply. Thanks!
