POST Method and the quotes.

Hi,

I've a problem with POST method and the quote. When i get a data in
mySQL database, the data is displayed correctly with the quote. But,
when i put my data into POST method, all characteres after the quote
are not displayed correctly. For example: it's = it'.
Why the POST method make this error and how to delete this problem?

ps: sorry for bad english :-/
