Php/MySQL Programmer needed

Hello all PHP/MySQL experts:

We dončt know if this is the correct place to post this message so sorry in
advanced if it is not.

We an established internet based company working within the Printing Market
place and are seeking a a competent PHP programmer to help us in coding
requirements we can not handle or need technical advice on.

Background Information:

We recently had 2 clients ask us to develop an on-line Inventory related
application, we are able to do most of the grunt work but need help in some
of the reports that need to be generated and some guidance from an overall
structural standpoint. We have a completed wire frame in place and have
completed most of the basic screens and queries. So your involvement would
be extremely technical and should not require a tremendous amount of time (
we estimate 6-10 hours a week on the high side).

As is the case in most of these types of situation money is limited due to
the start up nature of the product, although we have been in business for 6
years doing other web based projects, and have over 20 years of experience
within the Printing Market place worldwide, having worked for a worldwide
technology company based out of Israel. We mention this to indicate the
seriousness of our proposal.
The completed Product will have a price tag of $10,000-$15,000 per unit sold
and we are planning a September 2005 release date. We currently have a list
of over 127 companies of which 40% could purchase within the first 3 months
of the release. Overall market potential is approx. 1500 within the US
Market.

What we are proposing in exchange for your php expertise is an equity based
position in the Product of 5% of the net sales amount (90% Profit margin)
for each product sold for a period of 2 years. So if you do the math
potentially this proposal would be worth over $30,000 when successfully
launched .

If you are interested in exploring this opportunity and understand fully the
compensation plan as proposed please drop us an email at we*****@comcast.net
to open up a line of communications. We would prefer a US base individual or
Company. There is also a potential of fulltime employment in addition the
comp plan outlined once the product is released and this position would
allow you to work out of your current location although if youčre from the
Boston area that would be great.

Dreamweaver and PHAkt/InterAKT experience a plus.

Students my apply but you must be Senior and be able to demonstrate your php
skill set.

Please - Serious inquires only and you must be available immediately, as the
development of the application is reaching a critical phase.

Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from all interested.
