Hi there,

you haven't said a number of things, which OS and web server are you
running, which OS is used on other computer. Do you get any error?

Did you try: http://<IP_ADDRESS>/index.php

my problem is across the site and not a specific page.

Have you checked that your firewall is not preventing external access to the
server?
Have you tried pinging the computer?

I understand your question like this: You're in LAN with Windows and
have PHP/Apache. So you could be able to access your file like
http://localhost/foo.php. You also wanted to access that foo.php from
other system in the LAN say http://computername/foo.php???

If that is the case, it seems your Apache listens only on 127.0.0.1
Open the httpd.conf file and locate the "Listen". If it listens on
localhost, just change it to listen on just port 80. Something like:
Listen 80

Restart Apache and test it.

I don't have time to look at that IIS species again. Check your
manual or ask IIS group.
