Does anyone know where I can get a free comment script that doesn't require Mysql. Like a comment system used on blogs and stuff like that ?

Have you tried Google?

I doubt that many systems will work without a database system, like MySQL. Such a system would be a pain to build.

HI, I'm new to Perl. I'm trying to write a simple script which will comment out a domain in my named.conf file for Bind. What I would like to do, is write a script which will comment out a domain from my named.conf if I no longer want to host that domain. So, what I'd like to do is create a means to search for a domain (mydomain.com) and comment out that file and all lines associated with

Hi there, I was wanting to calculate how long my web pages take to load, and to insert this time into my HTML source code (not visible from the browser, but only in source view) as a HTML comment. I've found a JavaScript that does this here: http://www.twohootssoftware.co.uk/code/loadtimejs.html <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">

Had a thought that's grown on me. No idea if it's original or not- too inexperienced in programming- but I guess there's no harm floating it out there. Python wins big on readability, and there's no doubt that context- dependent text formatting in IDEs (keywords, strings, comments etc) is a massive help too, therefore benefitting development and maintenance. This idea is in a similar vein, especially for when scripts grow large.

Again, new to DB2. Trying to do something I can do in Sybase ASE. In any Sybase SQL script I can use /* */ to comment out a block of code. In the DB2 9.0 SQL Reference Manual V1 it says: Comments: SQL comments are either bracketed (introduced by /* and end with */) or simple (introduced by two consecutive hyphens and end with

It musn't be hard but because I lack understanding in it i have failed to do it myself. I have tried to use many functions but any of them did a job. I must have used them in the wrong way. Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
