Problem: PEAR SOAP => PHP5 SOAP

I am having problems converting from Pear SOAP to
PHP5 SOAP, especially when it comes to complex types.
I would be grateful for any help on how this should be
translated:

require_once("S OAP/Client.php");

$wsdlurl = "http://myserver/myservices/mypage.php?wsdl ";

$wsdl = new SOAP_WSDL($wsdl url, array("timeout" => 360));
$soapclient = $wsdl->getProxy();
$soapclient->setEncoding("U TF-8");
$soapclient->__trace(1);

$mydata = array(
"fromDate" => new SOAP_Value("fro mDate", "string", "2003-10-01"),
"toDate" => new SOAP_Value("toD ate",
"string", "2004-02-31"));

$args = array(
"myId" => new SOAP_Value("myI d","int", 1),
"criteria" => new SOAP_Value("cri teria", "{urn:engine}my Data", $mydata),
"start" => new SOAP_Value("sta rt","int", 0),
"limit" => new SOAP_Value("lim it","int", 20));

$res = $soapclient->searchData($ar gs);

if(PEAR::isErro r($res)) {
echo "Error: ".$res->getMessage()." \n";
} else {
echo "\nRes:\n";
print_r($res);
echo "\n";
}

Any ideas?

Regards,
Henrik

Hi, I'm trying to install the bcompiler extension, under PHP 5.0.4 / Apache / FreeBSD, but can't finalize the install process... Has anybody allready done it ? I'm using the recommended method (in the file "package.xml", in the .tgz file downloaded from PECL): using Pear ("For install instructions see the manual at pear.php.net").

Hi, I have installed PHP 5.0.3 for OS X. I have read in several places that PEAR is included in recent installations of PHP. I'm having trouble getting PEAR DB working. How would I know or test to see if it was included in my installation? Just in case it helps I've attached the phpinfo() configure line below Thanks,

Hi, I'm trying to call a webservice written in .NET that takes some parameters. I can get it working on a machine with php5 but when I try to call the function from machine using php4 and PEAR::SOAP I get no input values returned. The function takes 2 strings and an integer, nothing complex. It returns a string.

I've installed PEAR in my local area, on my shared host, under htdocs but I'm anticipating a number of issues. I'm forcing use of PHP5 with an .htaccess file, but by default the host runs PHP4 That could mean that pear is installed under the php4/ area, but not php5 ? go-pear prompted me to install a number of packages, including DB, which my webhost already has made available. If I do install DB using

latest PEAR on W32, refers to PHP5 inaccurately. I've seen posts regarding path's that get messed up, by lost ini's or registry settings. I don't think that's my case, because I can't find PHP5 in registry or any left-over ini's. This is a new PC that I use on the weekends mostly. The latest Pear version 1.4.5-I believe, also seems to have changed (written over) include_path and extension_dir settings of php.ini changing them to ...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
