How to block remote computer python plugins using perl script

Hi
I am working on windows .....IS it possible to block the remote computer python plug-ins using perl script...could some one tell me how to perform these operations.....Thanks

This is not a perl issue. you need to use a firewall or other software to block remote computers. Maybe ask on a Windows forum how to do that.
