That's just it, you need to read the error to understand what it is complaining about. It is not complaining about DBI, it is complaining about the DBD::ODBC module. You are going to have to install that before you continue.
Basically, DBI provides you an interface or way to talk to the Database of your choice and you need the DBD module for that particular database, to go along with it, kind of like a translator.
Install the DBD::ODBC module and then re-run your script.
