Searching between files!

I have two files File1.txt and File2.txt.
File1.txt contains Names of people in each line and i need to check the existence of these names in File2.txt and report the results in another file using Perl.

Please help.

Ok, that sounds pretty easy, what have you tried thus far? We will need to see your code if we are to help you.

Also, is this school work? It sounds like something a teacher would assign. If it is, we will help you with your code to get things right and working, but you will need to do the legwork. It is against TSDN policy to post school/course work in the forums especially when expecting the answer to just be given.
