PERL and ORACLE help

hi, im working on a project, and i wanted to delete a record where the user first finds the booking_id (from searcg page) and then PERL searches the DB and displays the resultsand creates checkboxes automatically for each record and allow users to check and then click the delete button and deletes the record, or even update a record.


i have some idea, but its just im not good at starting it up and geting it to work.

please help
