Welcome Sandy, to TSDN!!! This is the perfect place for beginners as we are a learning forum. That said though, you have to do a lot of the leg work.

What have you tried thus far? Can you post your code?

If you have nothing, then what you want to do is go out to cpan and search for HTML (to get the modules to parse HTML) and also Excel (to get the modules that deal with Excel files (I know there are some out there). From there, attempt to write the code to do what you want to. If you need help, then post the code you have here, enclosed in code tags, and we will help you.
