Need a good PPM repository

Ok, I am having to do a fair amount of coding on Windows as of late and am not completely satisfied with the default repository that ActiveState gives you. It does not tend to have all of the packages that are on CPAN, which is frustrating when you really need one of the packages that are missing from there.

So, I would love to know if anyone has any repositories that they use that actually contain all or 99 % of CPAN.

Thank you for your assistance and time!

Thanks! Added about 422 modules. Unfortunately not the one that I am looking for, but the more the merrier.

Thanks again Kevin!!

Just a quick note. I just found this repository and it contained the module that I needed.

I am still open to repositories if anyone has any.

Thanks!

You might want to try strawberry perl, which uses CPAN instead of ppm repositories.

Good to see you again Miller! ;-) I hope that all is well!

Thanks for those repo's. I found in one of them the SMS::Send module that I was looking for and am going to have a look at it to ensure that it has what I need. The module I actually need is SMS::Send::US:Verizon, but I can only hope that it is part of that module.

Thanks again!

Regards,

Jeff

Thanks Kevin! I wasn't aware of this version of Perl. I am definitely going to give it a shot as I am truly tired of ActiveState dictating what we have access to on the Windows platform. Hopefully this is much better than AS.

Jeff
