lauch shell minimized from PERL

63
Hi, I'd like to lauch a shell from my perl program.

I'm using the code
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. system "gnome-terminal -e,--command='ping 192.168.1.1'";
But i'd like that my terminal stays minimized.
Now, it opens the terminal in front of my other windows.
Does anyone knows how to do this?

thanks,

Joćo
