cygwin & perl

bonjour tout le monde

je veux installer perl soous cygwin. pour y procéder voici nles étapes ke g fait:
1) g téléchargé activeperl et je l'ai installé => résultat: c/perl
le perl toune correctement
2) g installé le cygwin
3) g essayé la comande suivante
$ brw_tools unpack
bash: ./brw_tools: /usr/local/bin/perl: bad interpreter: No such file or directo
ry
4) donc g coupé le dossier perl de C et g le mis sous cygwin/usr/local/bin
et
voici le résultat
$ brw_tools unpack
bash: ./brw_tools: /usr/local/bin/perl: bad interpreter: Permission denied

que dois je faire alors?
please help me

So what can I do?

I don't know anything about cygwin, but if it is complaining about permissions, then I would start there and make sure that the permissions on the files/directories you copied are correct.

i have changed the permission of the directory that I have copied but I think that the problem is how to compile perl under cygwin or precisly how to install perl under cygwin
I am totaly blocked

Sorry, I wish I could help, but I have no experience with cygwin. Just as a bit of advice, if nobody here has any experience with cygwin, then I would post this question over at Perlmonks. The amount of diversity in experience over there really allows more of the rare questions to be answered.

If you have not already I would read over the perlcygwin docs to help ensure the install was done corretly as well as have the prerequisites for compiling perl on cygwin.

i have read perlcygwin.pdf but i can't understand the steps to follow to install perl under cygwin

It is unfortunate that I don't have the experience with CYGWIN either. Have you looked at the CGYWIN site for answers?
