CAn't get the dependencies working to access database

I can't get this simple message board working with perl. Neither locally or in the webserver. alwasy getting a very similar error.

Can't locate ATFConstants.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /spaceunlimited.org/atf/cgi-bin /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.4 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at post-comment-form.pl line 15.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at post-comment-form.pl line 15.

I thought that the problem was the I do not have the DBI module in my Xampp local server. But now in the WEbserver i have same issue...

If you read the error, the issue is not with the DBI module but instead with the module ATFConstants.pm. You may want to check that it is installed properly or at all.
