Perl program to examine lines in a text file

1
Hi All,

I'm new to perl and would appreciate if you could please help me with this:

Perl code which examines lines in a text file, and if the line contains a GenBank ACCESSION, prints out that GenBank ACCESSION. If you do not know what a GenBank ACCESSION is, you may use “street address” as a substitute.

Thanks much.

First, Welcome to TSDN!

We will be more than happy to help you, but since this is not a script writing service, we will need to see what code you have been working on thus far in order to assist you. Also, a sample of the data would definitely assist the Experts here in guiding you through your coding.

Thank you!

Regards,

Jeff
