Form scripting help

2
I'm developing a request form for my company's intranet site. It's a pretty simple form just using html and a smidge of javascript. The problem is that when a user submits the form I need it to be sent to a committee e-mail group we have set up, which is easy, but I need it to not be in a plain text email. Is there a way to get the submitted form to be e-mailed as an html e-mail so it will look as if you were looking at the form? I need the submitted answers to be seen in a user-friendly way for this committee.

Thank you very much!

There are many CPAN modules for sending mails; Mail::Sender is my favorite. Study its docs to see how you send an HTML message.
