Hi,
can somebody give me the perl script for scrolling news

This forum is not setup for gifting of code. If you have a problem, there might be someone who can help you with it. But simply asking for code is a waste of your time.

What you're talking about is probably javascript and not perl anyway. I would suggest that you search google. Alternatively, if you see what you want on someone else's site, just download it and reverse engineer it so you that can have the same functionality. It's all 99% of javascript is learned.
