Username Tokens, Nonces and Timestamps in SOAP Headers

Good Morning from Detroit,
I am working on a project to Connect and manipulatee data in a SQLServer Data base, from a LINUX server using PERL. and SOAP
We decided to use SOAP:Lite. (there are sooo many ways to express the scripts Using Lite, that it is making my head spin, that's another story though)
I am interested in using the OASIS Standard WSS UserNameToken Profile Security protocol, but I am baffled on the proper way to write the code to desribe the Username Tokens, Nonces and Timestamps in my pl script.
I think I found a good way to generate the Nonce's, but how is the SOAP code suppose to look to send the Username Tokens, Nonces and Timestamps ???
My sample code, shows that I am suppose to use xmls:wsu = htp://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2002/07/secext (and Utility)
How are these shown in the sending code ???
