How to take the file data with out repeating the file again.

hi,
I am pavan.My project is to develop a real time analyzer, which shows the real status of delivered mails,bounced mails and deferred mails.I done a script to display the wanted data.But we should execute manually by command,but my M.D want with out repeating the file the data should be displayed.By mysql database i tried to store and display,but it takes 2 min,we want the status of last 30 seconds,so that is not better logic for this.pls send me a logic for this.
