OpenVMS comp-3 packing

Dear Y'all -

I'm need to "unpack" fields in a data file that was created with COBOL
on an OpenVMS machine. I've tried Convert::IBM390 but it appears that
the packing algorithm is different.

Has anyone solved this problem?

Yours - Billy
