'Stored procedure' is a procedure with assigned name ... 'procedure' may be anonymous ... but usually it is named anonymous block not a procedure.
Stored procedure can be re-executed just by using its name ... to re-execute the anonymous block you have to rewrite its code.

Thanks rski..!!

But when we write a procedure we usually create a name and obviously it becomes a stored procedure rite..??

That is right ... I guess store procedure is more popular name for Microsoft SQL Server functions/procedures than Oracle :).
