Access has an absolute limit on the size of any database of 2GB. It is NOT the correct product to use if you want to deal with 8GB of data per month.

It is not possible to give detailed advice on what to investigate, as you have told us nothing at all about your application and the 8GB of data it is said to require storage for. SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 and so on would be potential choices, but whatever you settle on the server must have suitable disk space and throughput available as you apparently need to store around 100GB of data per year.
