Automatic Refresh Materialized View

I have a materialized view which needs to be refreshed automatically once each day at a specific hour (2:00 PM).

How can this be done?

I need a clear example ,please.

THANKS.

What about using START WITH (set it to to_date(<initial start>)) and NEXT (set it to sysdate+1) clauses
