my view is slow

hello all

i have view on live database take big time
and i dont have other ideas to solve it

it consist of two tables
and they are joined right
and i make analyze the two tables and it not worked


plz help me

Can you please provide below details:
1. Oracle database version and platform of OS
2. SQL of view along with tables DDL and number of rows in both the tables.
