creating materlized view in another schema using dblinks

P: 40

I want to create a materlised view log in my database A and materlised view in some other database B. I was successful in creating materlised view in database B (after creating a dblink with A, as create materlised view statment should refer to some table and i used create materlised view on xyz@dblink) BUT when i chekced closely i found that dblink was able to access all the tables in database A. As a start, i revoked all rights from user in database B but still i was able to insert rows from database B into A using dblink. Can someone help me out as to how can i restrict the access of dblink?

I tried to create a user in databse A but using synonym for table xyz, i am not able to create mat view log in new user as well as mat view in database (mat view log & mat view work on tables). Can someone help me out from this problem?
