Sql Plus Utility

1
i'm using sqlplus utiltiy and am trying to connect and at the same time execute a sql file that resides on a different directory. Unfortunately it's unable to recognize the file. here's my command

sqlplus CF40/bsi@bsirnd02 O:/AKBAR_TEST/@test.sql

it works when I save the test.sql directory to where i'm running the utility tool from :

sqlplus CF40/bsi@bsirnd02 @test.sql

Also I need to find a way to exit out of the oracle enviornment once it has executed the command.

using the following command does not do the job:

sqlplus CF40/bsi@bsirnd02 @test.sql
exit

Please provide a solution at your earliest convenience. Thanks
