how to use a list item in oracle forums

hi everyone;

i need ur valuable informations..Im using developer 6i forms. I have several thousand records in an existing database. My forms use several list_items... for example job title....i have 4 job title..i wanna choose one of them from list then i click my display button to see identy infromations who belongs that job title..how can i get results with using list item

Each record in the list item will be associated with the internal value that you can use to check which option is selected from the list of items..
