Finding Statement that ran on x date?

Is there a way using the v$ views to lookup the statements that ran
either within range or on a specific day. For instance I wanted to
look at statements that ran between 3 and 4 pm two days ago? I'm to
what statistics and logging facilities are available to please forgive
me if this is a dumb question.... :)
