Loading xerces parser in oracle 9i

Hi guys

Can we load xerces parser in oracle 9i database ?,i need my java
stored procedure to use xerces parser instead of oracle parser , If
yes please can we explain the steps

If you have a third party parser the third party vendor is responsible
for supplying installation procedures. I don't know why you post this
question here.
