can't login to oracle dba studio as sysdba

oracle 9.2 on redhat 7.3

I can't login as system/password as sysdba to dbastudio (I started it by
typing oemapp dbastudio).

I can login as normal though... what might be the problem?

Another question, how do I export a schema and import it to another
oracle instance? neither system nor schema owner can't do the export
when logged in to OEM manager.

many thanks
