oracle applications 11i installation on Linux 9

Has anyone successfully installed 11i (any version) on Redhat 8.0 or
9. I have installed 11.5.5 on redhat 9 and it is working fine but i
had issues with relink of iAS sqlplus during the install. With 8.1.7 I
applied the glic patch and worked through but there is no relink
executable for 8.0.6. I'm sure this will propogate errors in future.
Has anyone seen this in past and how to go about resolving this? Any
help would be greatly appreciated
