How can I get Oracle 8i for Windows 2000 on a CD ROM ?

Can anyone recommend a book having a CD ROM with 8i Personal Edition
for Windows 2000 ?
Or any other source ?
I don't believe the Technology Tracks offer this any more,(at least
outside the USA) ?

I have a couple of books, like SQL Reference and Mastering
Oracle 8i but they provide 8i for NT and not for Windows 2000.

I have 9i on CD ROM but it says it needs 1.7 Gig to install !!!

Thanks very much.

Barry
