DataBase is not Connected through Application

When i tried to access my application its gives me below error.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle error '80004005'

Oracle client and networking components were not found. These components are supplied by Oracle Corporation and are part of the Oracle Version 7.3.3 or later client software installation. Provider is unable to function until these components are installed.


Note:- Database is on another Machine and We install Oracle Client on Application server. We are able to Connect the Database Through SQLPlus. We check the configuration of our application and its fine.

Can someone help me out on this issue.

What kind of an application is this? C# application? Java application?
How does your application connect to the database?

this is an asp application . through connection string it connect to ORACLE Database.

Does your IIS account have access to $ORACLE_HOME directory?
The IIS account needs to have $ORACLE_HOME/bin in its path.

can you elaborate me what Exactly to be needed to sortedout this issue.
Where i applied settings in IIS or in Oracle_Home Directory.
