Is your data comma delimited or some layout designed?

It is not comma delimited

Ok. Then the excel import might not be that perfect.
1. Anyways, you need to set a profile something like %REPORT%OUTPUT% to the required format.

2. Also check for concurrent program setup where you select the output type.

The problem with my report is, the output size is not constant

for example, the report data length is varying and moves to next line sometimes, when i convert this to excel the next line comes as a new row, which should be part of the first row.

i cant go on increasing the length of frame of the report.

what can be the solution for this

The concurrent program shows output format as XML type

Now firstly,

1. change the layout type of the concurrent program to LANDWIDE (up to 1800 characters in a single line) in order to avoid the line feed for single line.

2. change the vertical and horizontal elasticity property for main frame and all the repeating frames to VARIABLE in the rdf file
