Loading unloading data oracle 10g tables

how can I load and unload data from a text file into Oracle 10G tables?
I do not want to use SQL Loader utility.
What are the option by which we can achieve the conversion ?

You can use another two options available:

1. External Tables
2. UTL_FILE package
