sir I am desiginig online examination system which is multiuser in which question are generated in random orders to different users using oracle devloper(frontend) and oracle 10g(backend) can you give me some suggestion and tips

1.store the serial number for the questions.
2.find out the total number of records
3.generate a random number between 0 and record count.
4.access the record and display.
