You don't need to configure Oacle for .NET. You just need your .NET program to have the correct driver for the connection. You'll probably get more information about this in the .NET forum. However, I suggest you google for a .NET tutorial on how to connect to databases before you ask your question there.

No separate configuration required for .net . You need to pass user name, password and host string for connection.

The system must be installed with oracle client atleast and the client must be able to connect to server.
